It seems like we never do rid ourselves of the herd mentality.

Even when some of us do go to work, we still have to do what everyone else is doing.

An example of this: The enormous oversupply of real estate professionals in Lakewood. Take a look at the classifieds in the Lakewood Shopper, Voice, Yated, Hamodia, etc. They can’t all possibly make money.

How can they make money in this brutal market? Where can they find the opportunities to put bread on their families tables?

By being different. Finding an underserved market within their market and specialize in it.
